fab_feb_friends: Isn't it interesting that we talk about kindness as a "practice"? Practice implies that when you do the activity you get better at it. It can be so easy to overlook a simple act when waiting for a grand gesture.

So, today's activity for is to practice 3 random acts of kindness. Be it for someone on your f-list, a friend or family member in "real life" or a total stranger.

Don't look for your kindness to generate a reward, but know that today, in some small way, you made someone's life a little better.
