Harry and Draco were on vacation in Hawaii and were out on the beach watching their daughter Emily build sandcastles by the shore.
Emily was just happily playing, not noticing the fond smiles her fathers sent in her direction.
A few times, the tide got so close to her castle that it almost knocked it over, but fortunately the water subsided just in time.
Emily didn’t notice that it was only her little area that the tide moved away from before hitting the castle. She had no idea that one of her fathers was lazily pushing the tide away just in time, every time, with a wandless flick.
faeriechii wanted gelato

Ever since Draco had been to Italy on his honeymoon with Harry, he had a huge craving for gelato.
He didn’t even know why. Gelato was basically ice cream, but richer, smoother, silkier. Gelato just seemed so much more seductive than boring old ice cream and Draco couldn’t help but want some.
Draco used the seduction of gelato to coax Harry into going out and buying some. It was his prerogative as Harry’s husband after all!
And Harry, wanting to please his husband, would go crazy in search of the treat, just to make Draco smile in delight-the type of smile that lit up Draco’s entire face.
In the end, the effort was worth it.

Harry and Draco were sitting in the park, having a picnic, when Draco noticed a little girl sitting on a pink baby blanket, playing with her toys.
Draco thought how cute she was and looked down at his own little boy curled up on his Quidditch-themed baby blanket.
Harry and Draco had adopted Andrew a few weeks ago and already it felt like they couldn’t live without him.
Andrew was the piece that had been missing from the couple’s lives and although Draco had thought he would be a horrible father, the first time he had held Andrew, under Harry’s knowing gaze, he had known he would be okay.

Harry had a feeling something was up. Draco had never hidden anything from him before, but every time he asked him where he was off to, Draco would just ignore his question or simply say he was going out.
Harry had a bad feeling. He really hoped that Draco wasn’t seeing someone else because he wasn’t ready for a break up. He really hoped that he and Draco were forever.
Draco was tired of hiding things from Harry, but if he ever wanted the surprise birthday party to work, he would have to play along for a little longer. Draco was getting the feeling that Harry was beginning to fear the worst, and he couldn’t do anything to soothe Harry’s suspicions without ruining the surprise at the same time.
On the day of the party Draco took Harry out to a nice restaurant for dinner. When they went back to the flat and turned on the lights, shouts of “SURPRISE” rang out.
Harry looked around and saw the decorated flat, his beaming friends, and a shy boyfriend. He finally figured out that this was what Draco had been hiding and Harry felt his tension and worries ebb away.
He leaned towards Draco, pressed a chaste kiss to his lips and whispered a ‘thank you’ in his ear.
Draco looked up and saw Harry’s eyes glittering and he knew that his plan was a success, but he also silently vowed that he would never be doing this again!

Harry had had no idea that Draco could be so stubborn. Draco wanted a pet, and although Harry was ready to have one, he hadn’t expected Draco to want a bunny rabbit.
Harry had expected Draco to maybe want a dog or a cat, a normal pet, not a bunny rabbit.
But Draco was nothing if not persistent. He refused to talk to Harry until Harry gave in, and Harry would be giving in sooner or later because he couldn’t resist Draco’s pout.
Harry lasted a week, a new record, before he gave in and bought Draco his bunny rabbit.
The look on Draco’s face as he cooed at the bunny was totally worth it in the end though.
And as a bonus:sesheta_66 wanted a log cabin, overlooking a still lake

Harry had never seen the romantic side of Draco. Usually he was the one whipping out the candles and the sweet talk, but tonight, this Draco was perfect.
Draco had led Harry blindfolded to a log cabin he had rented that overlooked a lake.
Harry stood, looking out the window at the reflection of the moon on the still lake. Draco came up behind him, put his arms around Harry’s waist and pulled him closer and held him. Just holding, no kissing, no talking, barely breathing.
Harry leaned his head against Draco’s shoulder and they stayed like that for an hour, maybe more and sighed in contentment.
A perfect ending to the perfect night.
