hd_fluff’s challenge for Harry’s Birthday.
Harry and Draco were at a resort in the Bahamas with beautiful white beaches and sparkling blue water.
They had gone snorkeling and as they got out of the water, Draco asked Harry to stay and watch the sun set.
They sat near enough to the shore so that the water would touch their feet. As the water was ebbing away, Draco pointed down at the sand a little ahead of them.
Harry got up to look at what he was pointing at and there in the sand lay the words,
MARRY ME
in smooth black stones. Harry gasped aloud and looked back questioningly at Draco.
Draco just nodded his head and got up to stand next to Harry, waiting silently for an answer.
Harry bent down and rearranged the stones to spell out
YES.
The smile on Draco’s face as he saw Harry’s answer took Harry’s breath away and was more beautiful than any sunset. As they kissed, Harry thought that this was the best birthday present ever!
